Family Home Evening

The Branch hasn’t had a Family Home Evening group for quite a few months, so we though we would try to start one up again.  Our first night was last Monday evening, and we had Syliva, who the missionaries are teaching, and Krystyna, a Branch member who serves in Primary with Sister Reed.  We love both these lovely women, and we were so glad they came to join us.  We are going to teach a series of lessons on Christ-like attributes, and we started with the attribute of faith that night.  Elder Reed taught a great lesson using Lehi’s vision in the Book of Mormon, and  ended the lesson  with a matching game using scriptures and symbols from the allegory.

After the great lesson and game, we all went to the kitchen for hot fudge sundaes with strawberries. What a fun evening it was!
