Last Saturday there was game night for the Institute YSA. They love to get together and play games, but mainly to be with their friends. They truly do support one another. The game was the one where you describe words without saying the actual word and see how many your team can get in three minutes. Most of the games they play are international, it seems. We’d love to play with them (sometimes we can), but our language skills usually keep us from the game fun.

Taking a break from the game to smile for the camera

In this photo they are holding up the refreshment for the evening – “purple cows.” It’s made of grape juice, Sprite, vanilla ice cream, and even purple straws.

It seemed to hit the spot on a warm summer evening.
